up by 5am; coffee/music/reading till 6:30pm and to work by 7am. Work till 11:30am then to gym for 4 mile run. Back to work by 12:30pm and until 4pm. Home by 4:30pm. Political webcast, Skyrim and movie (Tales from Earthsea ... a really good Studio Gihibli, animated film based on Ursula K. Leguine's Earthsea series of novels; highly recommended if your a fan of Gihibli). Crashed by 10:30pm.

up by 4am; coffee/reading till 5am; to gym by 5:30am for weights; left gym by 6:45 and then to grocery store for fruit/etc.and then to work by 7am; work till 11:30am and then back to gym for 4 mile run and back to work by 12:30 for lunch. At work till 4pm and home by 4:30pm; then went to pick up take-out sushi around 6pm and  home by 6:15pm for evening. Watched Netflix (I'm totally digging the "TED" speeches on space) and crashed by 10pm.

woke by 5:00am; coffee/music/gym prep till 6:00am; to gym by 6:30am for weights and until 7:45am; to work by 8am; no real work happened, though...just got Juan to take glamour shots of me in my newly made Bukowski shirt (see photo, below), dismantled and photographed every serial number of every bit of gear in my near $6000 dollar computer (for home insurance purposes), also, thoroughly air dusted the water cooling subsystems of the same computer; left work by 12 noon and met a local head-fi.org friend at 12:30 to pick up some audio gear she's letting me borrow; then met another friend who owed me 50 bucks just down the street and in the same part of town; home by 1:30pm. Left house around 2pm to pick up a six pack of ale (dogfish 60min) and back home by 2:30pm. At home all afternoon continuing the insurance photo process (audio equipment, video equipment). Finally finished by 4pm. Music, vid games and FaceDrunking(tm) for the rest of the evening. Crashed by 2am.

6am ... Never really slept last night ... so, can't say when I awoke. But still .. went to the store around 9am .. bought chicken ( for jerk grilling, later) ... and a whole lot of ale. On the way home, had a tire blow out and had to change it on the side of the FWY. US59. It's true. It sucked ass. But I suss'd it. Home by 10am and for the day/evening. Music, ales, video games, FaceDrunking(tm), writing ... coal mining ... you know ... crashed by 3am?

up by 4am; coffee, music, reading till 5am and then to gym by 5:30am to 6:50am for weight training; to work by 7am and until 11:30am; then back to gym from 11:45am to 12:15pm for 2 mile run. Back to work from 12:45pm to 4pm and home by 5pm (stopped at Specs on way home for a sixer of Dogfish Head 60min IPA). Home for evening, listened to political webcast, lots of music, started designing a new t-shirt screen, Facedrunk'd(TM) a bit and video games; crash by 2/3am (mas o minos).

up by 5am; coffee/music/reading till 6am; gym from 6:30am to 7:45am for weights (lats, back, biceps, abs ... sort of a shitty work out as "the witches" had me up and sleepless most the night and I was tired as fuck but I got it done); work from 8am to 12noon; from work to Trader Joes from 1pm to 2pm for shopping/groceries for next week; home by 2:30pm; to Specs liquor from 2:45pm to 3:00pm for a six'r of ales (Dogfish 60 Minute) and home by 3:15pm for evening (house cleaning, computer system maintenance, listening to .FLACs, playing video games, measuring food portions for the next week, drinking a few ales, FaceGheying(tm), etc.). Crashed by 3am (mas o minos).

up by 4am; left house by 4:30am to return work truck to work and pick up my own car so I could go to gym (can't leave work truck/tools at gym); got car and made it to gym by 5am; did weights until 6:30am and then to work by 6:45am. At work till 11:30am and then back to gym to run 2.5 miles; back to work by 12:15pm and till 4pm. Home by 5pm. Surfing friend came over to get board I'd been borrowing from him. He also borrowed my acoustic guitar. In for evening. Crashed by 9pm.
