up by 6am; work from 7am to 11am; lunch at family house till 12:30pm; work till 4pm and home by 5pm; got takeout from sushi place down the street; home and crashed by 8pm.


Slept in; took off work. Home all day and crashed by 8pm.

Up by 9am; coffee/music/reading; Went to local Mex joint for migas and margaritas from 11am to about 2pm; otherwise, at home all day; drinking, playing video games, etc. No physical  body work and this is delicious to me ...

up by 6am; coffee/music/inet/reading/cleaning till 8am and then to gym by 9am for weight training; left gym at 10:30am then went to shop/office to say hello to family and get some company payed gas in my vehicle (cause I forgot to get it yesterday); left shop around 11:15am and met local headfi.org friend at Starbucks near downtown around 12:00 noon to give her back some audio gear that I had been borrowing for the past few weeks; chatted with her about headphones and family for about 30 minutes, handed off gear and then went to park by 1:00pm for a two mile trail run in the woods (only a 20 minute run since that's all I allow myself on my weight training days; trying to avoid over training on the cardio side of things and also cause my titanium laced lower legs need regular breaks ... which doesn't sound right cause it's breaks in my legs that resulted in the titanium but I'll stop...). Left park around 1:45pm and then to local (to my house) mex restaraunt for a couple margaritas and fajitas. Huge ass rain/hail storm hits around 4pm; I park in parking lots to avoid the flood waters. In total, I spend about 2.5 hours in my car, waiting out the flood. Finally, I'm home by 7pm and for the evening. Crashed around 2am.

Up by 6am; coffee made and to work by 7am and until 11am; at gym from 11:15am to 12 noon to run 5 miles (650 calories gone!); at work from 12:30pm to 4pm and home by 4:40pm for evening. Crash by 10pm.

Up by 4am; coffee/reading/music till 5am and then to gym by 5am for weights; left gym at 645am and stopped by Subway for breakfast (two for one before 9am all month, I've been milking it!); work by 7:15am and till 11:15am; back to gym for 2.5 mile run and then to shop for next weeks groceries; back at work by 12:30pm and until 4pm; home by 4:45pm and for evening. Crashed by 10pm.

Never slept so can't really preface with "woke by" ... but, still ...  Sunday, at local Mexican bar from 11am till 1pm ... drinks/migas/writing/etc ... home by 1pm and for the afternoon/evening. Slept by 10pm.


up at 6am; coffee/music/reading till 7am and then to gym from 7:30am to 8:00am (off day, no running, no weights ... just hot tub, steam room and shower ... delicious!); work from 8:10am to 12 noon. Couple margaritas and writing/reading at local mex restaraunt from 12:30pm to 3pm. Home by 3:30pm for evening. Stayed up pretty much all night. Music, writing, reading, etc.

up by 4am; coffee/music/reading till 630am; work by 7am and till 11:30am. Ran 4 miles on lunch break, 11:45am till 12:30pm (at the gym); back to work by 1pm and until 4pm. Left work at 4pm and home (fucking Friday traffic) by 5:10pm. Off to get a couple ales around 6:30pm and then back by 6:50pm for the evening. Roommate and I both watched an important bit online till 8pm or so. At home for evening. Crashed by 1am....

up at 3:30am; coffee/music/reading till 5:00am; gym for weights from 5:30am to 6:50am; work from 7:00am to 11:15am; running at gym (2.5 miles) from 11:30am to 11:50am; work from 12 noon till 4pm; stopped by sushi joint a couple blocks from my house for take out and home by 5pm for evening. Crashed by 10pm.

By the way, as an aside and to maybe add just a bit of "content" to my otherwise mundane daily posts (I mean face it, six months from now? looking over these daily posts? You will agree ... it really is mundane) ... I thought I might occasionally add a photo from particular days ... generally, any day like today which featured something novel, like having to work out in the mud and wind and rain in a full body rain suit for two hours ... I mean, I found it rather different and exciting ... wouldn't you? ;-)

Crash by 10pm.

Up by 5am; coffee/music/reading till 6:30am; stopped to return redbox movie on way to work and then to work from 7am to 11:30am and then to run three miles at gym over lunch break; back to work by 12:30pm; left work at 4:pm and home by 5:30pm; went to get sushi takeout at about 6pm and back home and for evening by 6:30pm; crash by 9pm.

Slept in till 10am or so; home all day 'cept for picking up a movie at Redbox around 12:30pm and then take-out Sushi from down the street at around 5pm. In all evening as well and crashed around 9pm. Awesome Sunday playing Skyrim (just got the Dragonborn DLC, pretty killer) and watching a movie.

Up by 7am (nice late morning!); coffee/music/reading/writing till 8am and then to gym by 8:30am for weights/strength training; left gym at 10am and then stopped by shop/office to say hello to brother; did yard work at family rental property until 11:30am (cutting grass, etc.) and then down to Clear Lake to chill by mom and step dad's pool from 12:00 noon until 1pm (I'm currently listening to an audiobook version of the insanely good space opera novel, "In Conquest Born" and it's incredibly well read). Hung out with sister, Leah and several of my nieces and nephews at a big crawfish boil/park festival thing just two houses down from my Mom's place, in El Lago...Mom and step dad were also there. It was a hoot. Left festival by 4 pm and headed home; stopped by local beer mart for a six pack of St. Arnolds Amber (ale) and then home by 5pm. Playing video games, browsing computer geek forums, doing FaceGhey(tm) and possibly watching a movie for the evening. Home all evening and watching movies and cooking food with my house mates till 2am.

Crash by 10pm (woo! late night!) ;-) ...

Up by 6am if "up" could be how to describe it. Horrific insomnia all night. Ten hours of tossing/turning. Work by 7am but took off around 2pm; saw GI Joe movie and it was accordingly somewhat lame as I expected it would be. Home by 5pm for evening. Crash  by 8pm.

up at 5am; feckin Vietnamese sandwiches I ate late last night had me bloated and indigestion'd out and it kept waking me up, all burping and shit; drove to corner store for antacids (funny); back home till 7:30am and then to work from 8am till 11am (took off an hour early); at local mexican bar for a few drinks and writing from 11:30 to 1:30pm; home by 2pm for the evening (crashed by 2am?) (that's the plan, anyway and since I'm writing this in the early afternoon, who knows? But I'm home). ;-)

up at 4:45am; coffee/music/reading till 6:30am; work by 7am; ran 3 miles at gym from 11:30 to 12:00 noon; back at work by 12:30 and till 3pm; stopped by Specs for to go ales, got hit on by a gay guy, and home by 4pm; helped roommates move furniture out to curb for heavy pickup (also saw an old friend who was helping, which was cool); picked up take out vietnemese sandwiches and vermicelli around 4:45 and home by 5pm for evening.
