up by 3am; out to gym by 330am and till 5am; back to house by 530am for morning news/traffic info and then to work by 7am; work till 12 noon and then to gym for cardio. back to work by 1pm and till 4pm. home from work by 5pm and then out for sushi from 630pm to 645pm. crash by 10pm.
