up by 5am; at house till 9pm and then out to park for 4 mile run in the woods; from park to Clear Lake to have lunch with family members and then to local coffee shop to meet friend for trade of audio equipment; home by 4pm; realized I left shoes and running clothes in locker at park and returned to park from 430pm to 530pm to get gear; thankfully it was still in the unlocked locker. Home by 530pm and for evening; crash by 10pm.

didn't sleep a single  moment all night; insanely bad insomnia; after rolling around till 3am, I decided to simply get up and do some house chores and then head to gym at 4am for weight training; from gym to work by 7am. Was a brutally difficult day due to the insomnia (up for 35 hours straight by the end of the day). Home by 5pm and for evening. Crash by  7pm.
