up by 7am; was in bed for 11 hours and probably only slept a total of an hour and that came in multiple 10 to 15 minute bouts punctuated by multiple hour wake state; terrible insomnia. Work till noon and then to gym to do cardio despite horrible physical state; back to work by 1pm and till 5pm; home by 505pm for evening; crash by 8pm.
