up by 6am; out to work by 8am; work till 1130 and then to park for 3 mile run in the woods and then back to work by 1245pm; work till 5pm and then home by 505pm; crash by 7pm;

up by 6am; out to work by 8am; work till 5pm and then to get take out sushi and home by 530pm for evening; crash by 8pm.

up by 8am; at house all day, booze/video games and then to bed by 6pm for evening.

up by 7am; out to work by 8am and till noon; home by 1205pm and then to local rest for food/drink and then home by 3pm for day/evening; crash by 3am.
