up by 3am; out  to gym by 330am for weight training and back home by 445am; to work by 8am and then to park by 1130am for a 3 mile run in the woods and back to work by 1245pm. Work till 5pm and then to local rest for food and drink and back home by 7pm for evening. Crash by midnight.
