up by 3am; coffee/news till 415am and to gym by 430am for weight training; gym till 630am and to work by 7am; work till 11:45am and then to local store for shopping; back to work by 1230pm and till 3pm; home by 4pm; out briefly to local cantina for a drink and home by 630pm for evening. Crash by 10pm.
