up by 3am; coffee/news till 415am and then to gym from 430am to 6am for weight training; from gym to work by 7am; work till 1130am and then to gym for 3 mile run; back to work by 12:30pm. Home from work by 445pm. Out for take out sushi from 630pm to 645pm and then in for evening. Crash by 830pm.
