up by 5am; news till 630am and to work by 7am ; work till 1130am and then to family house for CNN and cats; work from 1230pm to 4pm and home by 5pm for evening; out from 5 to 530 for take out sushi and then home bvy 6pm for evening. Crash by 9pm.
