up by 4am; to gym by 5am for weight training; gym till 730am and then home by 8am; house till 11am and then to park for 3 mile run in the woods; home frompark by 1pm and then to see movie from 230pm to 430pm and home by 5pm; out for take out from 630pm to 7pm and then in for evening; crash by 9pm.
