up by 3am; out to gym by 4am for weight training and then to work by 7am; work till 1115am and then to gym for 30 minutes cardio; from gym to grocer to get eyeglasses repaired and then back to work by 1230pm; work till 430pm and then home by 430pm; crash by 9pm.
