09/30/15

up by 230am; out to gym by 3am for weight training and then back home by 430am to crash another hour till 530am; to work by 7am and then back to gym by 1130am for core/ab work. Back to work by 1230am and till 4pm; home from work by 5pm for evening; crash by 1030pm.
