11/18/15

up by 3am; out to gym by 345pm for weight training and then back home by 5am and then to work by 7am; work till 1pm and then to gym for core training and then to get hair cut and then back to work by 2pm; work till 4pm and home by 5pm for evening; crash by 10pm.
