didn't sleep a single moment all night; insanely bad insomnia; after rolling around till 3am, I decided to simply get up and do some house chores and then head to gym at 4am for weight training; from gym to work by 7am. Was a brutally difficult day due to the insomnia (up for 35 hours straight by the end of the day). Home by 5pm and for evening. Crash by 7pm.
