up by 5am (believe it or not) ... out to gym by 630 for weight training and then to work by 8am; work till 1115am and then to park for a run and back to work by 1pm; work till 3pm and home by 305pm; out to local rest from 445pm to 7pm and then home by 730pm for evening. Crash by 1am...
