up by 3am; coffee/news till 4am and to gym by 440am for weight training; gym till 630am and then to work by 7am; work till 1130am and then out grocery shopping; back to work by1230pm and till 4pm; home from work by 5pm and crash by 8pm.

up by 4am; coffee/news till 630am and to work by 7am; work till 11:30am and then to family house for CNN and cats; back to work by 1230pm and till 330pm; to park by 4pm for 3.5 mile run in woods; home by 5pm and for evening; crash by 830pm

up by 3am; news/vidgames till 430am and to gym by 445pm for weight training; gym till 630am and to work by 7am; work till 1130am and then to family house for CNN and cats; back to work by 1230pm and till 4pm; home by 430pm; out for take out sush from 545pm to 6pm and in for evening. Crash by 830pm.

up by 5am; coffee/news till 630am and to work by 7am; work till 1130am and then to gym for 2.5 mile run; back to work by noon and till 4pm; from work to park by 430pm for 3 mile run in the woods and then home by 545pm for evening; crash by 8pm.

08/17/14

up by 6am; coffee/news till 630am then to beach by 9am for a surf; beach till 1pm surfing. Actually smoked weed for the first time in about two years as a friend had some and it was kind of fun. Potent would be an understatement but still fun. Once every two years suits me just fine. Surf was fun and was sunny and awesome. I needed it. Home by 3pm and for afternoon/evening and crash by 8pm.
