up by 3am; news/vidgames till 430am and to gym by 445pm for weight training; gym till 630am and to work by 7am; work till 1130am and then to family house for CNN and cats; back to work by 1230pm and till 4pm; home by 430pm; out for take out sush from 545pm to 6pm and in for evening. Crash by 830pm.
