up by 4am; coffee/news till 445am and to gym by 5am for weight training; gy till 630am and to work by 7am; work till 1130am and then to gym for 2 mile treadmill run; gym till 12:15pm and back to work by 1230pm; work till 4pm and home by 5pm for evening. Crash by 8pm.
