up by 330am; coffee/news/comp stuff till 445pm and to gym by 5am for weight training; gym till 630am and to work by 7am; work till 1130am and back to gym for 2 mile treadmill run; back to work by 12  noon and till 3pm; home by 4pm and for evening. Crash by 10pm.
