up by 3am; out to gym by 4am for weight training (chest/tri/shoulder) and back home by 530am; to work by 8am; work till 1230pm and then back to gym for core training; back to work by 145pm and till 5pm; home by 505pm and then out to local cantina from 6pm to 8pm for typing and drinks. home by 815pm for evening; crash by 2am.
