up by 3am; out to gym by 4am for weight training and then back home by 530am; to work by 8am; work till 1130am and then across town to pick up some comp gear and back to work by 1pm; work till 4pm and then to local rest for drinks and back home by 7pm for evening. Crash by 2am.
