05/20/16

up by 3am; out to gym for weight training from 4am to 530am and then back home by 545am; out to work by 8am. To park from 1130am to 1230pm for 3 mile run and then back to work by 1pm. Work till 5pm and then out to local rest for drinks and some writing and then home by 8pm for evening.  Crash by midnight.
