up by 230am; out to gym by 345pm for strength training and back home by 530pm; to work by 8am and back to gym from 1145am to 1215pm for core/cardio training; at work till 3pm then to get hair cut and home by 345pm; back to work briefly to pick up cel phone and laptop power supply and then home by 4pm. Crash by 8pm.
