up by 5am; coffee/music/news till 630am and to work by 7am; work till 11:45pm then to gym by 12noon for weight training; gym till 1pm and back to work by 1:15pm; work till 4pm then to park for 3 mile run in woods; home by 530pm and for evening. Crash by 9pm.
