up by 5am; coffee/music/news till 630am and to work by 7am; work till 11:15am then to gym by 11:30am for 3 mile treadmill run; back to work by noon and till 330pm; from work to trails for another 3 miles in the woods and then home by 530pm. Out briefly around 630pm for take out sushi and back home by 7pm for evening. Crash by 10pm.
