up by 4am; coffee/news till 5am and to gym by 530am for weights; gym till 650am and to work by 7am; work till 11:15am and to gym by 11:30am for 2.5 mile treadmill run. back to work by noon and till 4pm; home from work by 430pm and out for take out sushi from 530pm to 6pm; crash by 9pm.
