up by 5am; coffee/news till 630am and to work by 7am; work till 1130pm and then go gym for weight training; gym till 12:40 and back to work by 1245pm; work till 4pm and then home by 430pm; out for take out sushi from 6 to 615pm and then in for evening; crash by 9pm.
