up by 5am; coffee/music/news till 630am and to work by 7am; work till 11:15am and to gym by 11:30am for weight training; gym till 12:45pm and back to work by 1pm. Work till 4pm and then to woods for 3 mile run in the woods. Home from park by 530pm and for evening. Out from 6 to 630pm for take out sushi and then crash by 9pm.
