up by 5am; coffee/music/news till 630am and to work by 7am; work till 11:00am and to gym by 11:15am; gym till 12:30am and then back to work by 1pm; work till 4pm and to park by 4:15pm for 3 mile run in the woods; home by 530pm. Out from 630pm to 7pm for grocery shopping. Crash by 10pm.
