up by 5am; coffee/music/news till 630am and then to work by 7am; work till 11:15am and to gym by 11:30am for weight training; gym till 12:30pm and back to work by 12:45pm; work till 4pm and then to park for 3 mile run in the woods; home from park by 530pm and then out from 630 to 7pm for take out sushi. Crash by 9pm.
