up by 500am; coffee/music/news till 630am and then to work by 7am; work till 1120am and then to family house for CNN and cats; back to work by 12:40pm and till 350pm; from work to park for 3 mile run in the woods; home from park by 530pm and for evening. Crash by 10pm
