up by 7am; coffee/news/laundry till 10am then to park by 1030am for three mile run in the woods; super steamy out under the canopy; from trails down to clear lake by 12 noon to hang out with mom for a bit and then back to west side by 2pm and home by 230pm for evening. Crash by 9pm.

Yes, this is the infamous owner/author of this boring daily journal, the notorious child predator, stalker of ex girlfriends, rampant and crazed porn addict, elusive computer hacker, raging and delirium ravaged alcoholic, user of drugs, invader of homes, sniffer of panties! and a thousand other cliche things the idiots who have stalked me have falsely claimed of my supposed behaviors ... yes this is the very sweaty and happy post four mile run, JOEL!!!. ... er, just that very last bit is true ...

Here's my fav trail shoes post run (yeah, I had to set them in a nice little bog/puddle cause they just looked so good there and all the colors worked so well together ... Salomon Speedcross 3 Goretex ... best trail shoes in the fucking world....
