up by 4am; coffee/news/etc. till 5am and then go gym by 530am for weight training; gym till 7am and then to work by 710am; work till 1130am and back to gym for two mile run. Back to work by 12:15 and till 4pm; home from work by 430pm and for evening. Crash by 9pm ...
