up by 5am; coffee/music/hawken till 630am and to work by 7am; work till 12 noon and then to gym by 1230pm for weight training; gym till 130pm and back to work by 145pm; work till 4pm and then to park by 430pm for 2 mile run in the woods; home from park by 6pm and for evening. Crash by 10pm.
