up by 5am; coffee/music/news till 6am and then to gym by 630am for weight training; to work by 8am and till 12 noon; from work to house by 1pm; house till 3pm and then to park for 3 mile run in the woods; from park to local Micro Center for some computer shopping and then home by 6pm for evening. Crash by 1030pm.
