up by 4am; coffee/news till 5am and then to gym by 530am for weight training; from gym to work by 7am; work till 1130am and then to gym for 2.5 mile treadmill run; back to work by 12 noon and till 4pm; home from work by 5pm and then out for take out sushi from 6 to 630pm; crash by 12 midnight.
