up by 5am; out to work by 7am; work till 11:45am and then go gym by noon for cardio; from gym to get food at Fudruckers and then back to work by 130pm; work till 4pm and then home by 5pm; crash by 8pm.

up by 4am; out to gym by 5am for weight training; gym till 730am and then to shop by 8am; shop till 9am and then to house by 10am; house till 12pm and then out to local cantina for lunch; home by 3pm and for evening; at house all afternoon/evening, beer and video games and crash by 3am.

up by 4am; out to gym by 5am for weight training; bailed early to return home to hack new monitor; then to work by 8am; work till noon and then home by 1pm; out to gym again from 2pm to 3pm to finish weight training and then to local cantina for a beer; home by 5pm for evening; crash by 3am.
