up by 5am; coffee/music/news till 630am and to work by 7am; work till 11:30am and then to house for cnn and cats; back to work by 12:30pm and till 4pm; from work to park for 3 mile run in the cold and the rain and the mud (was awesome). Home by 530pm and for evening. Crash by 9pm.
