up by 330am; coffee/news/hawken till 5am and then to gym by 530am for weight training; gym till 7am and then to work by 710am; work till 1130am and then back to gym for 2.5 mile run; back to work by 12:15pm and till 4pm; home from work by 5pm and for evening. Crash by 9pm.
