up by 5am; coffee/news till 630am and to work by 7am; work till 345pm and to park for 3 mile run in the woods by 415pm; home from park by 530pm; out for a movie date (I took myself! LOL) from 7pm to 930pm and home by 10pm for evening; crash by 10pm.
