08/30/14

up by 4am; coffee/news till 530am and to gym by 6am for weight training; gym till 745pm and to work by 8am; work till noon and then home by 1pm; at house till 5pm and then out for red box Blu ray and take out sushi; back in by 6pm for evening; crash by 9pm.
