up by 5am; coffee/news till 630am and to work by 7am. work till 1130am and then to family house for CNN and cats; back to work by 1230pm and till 1pm and then out to see movie. home from movie by 4pm and thenout to get take out sushi from 5 to 530pm; home for evening and crash by 9pm
