up by 3am; out to gym by 4am for weight training. Gym till 6am and then home by 645am. House till 2pm and then to a movie from 230pm to 4pm. (Ex Machina, it was really brilliant); home by 445pm and for the evening. (out around 7pm for groceries). Home by 735pm and for the day. Crash by 4am.
