08/28/15

up by 230am; out to gym for weight training from 315am to 450am; back to house by 5am for coffee and news; out to work by 7am; work till 1130am and then to gym for 20 minute cardio and back to work by 1pm; work till 4pm and then to house by 5pm and for evening; crash by 10pm.
