09/25/15

up by 3am out to gym by 330pm for weight training; back home by 5pm; crash till 6am and then out to work by 7am; work till 11am and then go gym to do core/abs; back to work by 1230am and till 4pm; home by 5pm for evening; up all night at house; booze and vid games.
