10/28/15

up by 3am; out to gym by 345am for weight training; back home by 5am for nap and news and then to work by 7am; work till 1130am and then to gym for 40mins core training; back to work by 1230pm; work till 345pm and then home by 5pm for evening; crash by 9pm.
