up by 5am; coffee/news till 630pm and to work by 7am; work till 11am and then to gym by 1130am for weight training; back to work by 1pm and till 4pm; from work to park by 430pm for 3 mile run in the wood and then home by 6pm for evening. Crash by 9pm.
