up by 5am; coffee/news till 630am and to work by 7am; work till 1130am and then to family house for CNN and cats; back to work by 12:30pm and to 4pm; home from work by 5pm and for evening; out briefly from 6pm to 630pm for take out sushi and then home by 7pm; crash by 9pm.
