up by 5am; coffee/news till 630am and work by 7am; work till 1115am and then to gym for weight training; gym till 12:40pm and back to work by 12:50pm; work till 4pm and to woods by 430pm for 3 mile run. home from park by 530pm; out from 6pm to 620pm for take out sushi and then in for evening. crash by 10pm.
